Suresh K. Daniel, Director and Chief Executive Officer, is the founder of RMBIO and has been actively involved in all aspects of business development, marketing, and process design in order to establish RMBIO as premier source of growth supplements and diagnostic tools. Under Tamarack Management he was the Director of Clinical Research for the Western Montana Clinic, St. Patrick Hospital and the Montana Cancer Specialists. He was the President and founder of Rocky Mountain Clinical Research, a company that provided clinical research services to the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries. He has extensive knowledge of the clinical research industry and regulatory requirements instituted by the FDA.

J. Attilio Baldassi, Strategic Marketing Director, is involved with strategic planning and business development and provides support with marketing and sales efforts.  Attilio is the co-founder and CEO of Bio Business Solutions Inc (BBSI), and has extensive international experience in the biotechnology field. His experience spans both public and private sectors, from small start-up companies to medium sized companies.  

V.K. Daniel, Technical Advisor, is intimately involved in overall process development and technical support for protein extraction and blood fractionation.  V.K. has over 35 years of experience in the biological blood products industry which has gained him a reputation of being an expert in the field of blood protein separation and manufacture. He was the owner/President of Florida Biologicals, Inc. in Lakeland, Florida and previously worked with Sigma-Aldrich Immunochemical Co., Pel-Freez Biologicals, Inc., and Miles Laboratories.

Paul Haffenden, Director of Marketing and Business Development, assists with quality and traceability of our raw materials as well as with business and marketing development. Paul brings over 25 years of management and entrepreneurial experience in the serum and biological supply industry. Paul established and managed Cansera, a serum supply company that was sold in 2007. He is an active, individual member of the International Serum Industry Association (ISIA) and consults for a number of companies within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Victor Hicks, Commercial Director, is at the forefront of our marketing and sales efforts. He works closely with existing and potential customers to understand their specific applications and how RMBIO can meet their requirements.  Victor has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry including work with Ventria Biosciences and Millipore Corporation (formerly Serologicals). Victor's expertise has come from extensive experience working in marketing, sales, and key account management positions for companies such as Becton-Dickinson Company, JRH Biosciences, DIFCO Laboratories, and 3M Company.

David E. Jackson, Technical Advisor and Operating Officer, is involved with research and product development for lipid complexes, albumin, transferrin and IgG, completion of large-scale process design, and establishment of compliance and regulatory control systems.  David has over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and is an expert in the field of vaccine development, cancer treatment technologies and blood protein separation, including work with VaxInnate, BioReliance, EntreMed, Lonza Biologics, Synergen Inc., Armour Pharmaceutical, and Miles Laboratory. 

Steven W. Schmidt, CPA, Finance, is a consultant to the Company on financial and general administrative issues.  Steven has over 30 years financial management and consulting experience, primarily with small to mid-sized growth oriented companies.  Steven currently provides contract chief financial officer services to a broad range of companies located primarily in southwestern Montana.  Steven has been working with the Company since August 2007.
