RMBIO distributes both GEM-Novo™ and RS-Novo™ products developed and manufactured by GIRUS Life Sciences (GIRUS).

GEM-Novo^TM, a serum-free complete medium for stem cell growth and expansion. It has been used successfully to grow human mesenchymal (MSC) and embryonic stem cells (hESC). Serum can be used with GEM-Novo^TM.

RS-Novo^TM, an animal-free supplement for use with primary and stem cells, was developed for use in complete media with or without nutritive feeds, including serum. RS-Novo^TMsupports cell expansion and limits differentiation. RS-Novo^TM, composed of small molecules that direct cellular pathways, is non-nutritional; it does not provide factors such as insulin, cytokines, amino acids, or glutamine. Human Hematopoietic (HSC), MSC, and ES cells have been successfully expanded with RS-Novo^TM.
