Facility

RMBIO is located in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility built for the production of bovine proteins using the latest advances in engineering and automation. RMBIO has also developed proprietary protein extraction and purification methods based on the knowledge gained from applying forty years of tried and proven processes.  The facility was built for full, production scale manufacturing and has the capacity for large batch sizes, which increases the lot-to-lot consistency of our products. 

RMBIO's facility also allows for custom manufacture for those customers who have unique requirements or require modifications of standard products.

In-Process and Compliance Testing

Our systems are designed to maintain the quality of our products and then confirm compliance once manufacturing is complete. Our dedicated in-process laboratory is operated by trained scientists who perform tests that are relevant to both the products physical and biochemical attributes and also its function in the customers hand.
