Information Return Policy

We strive to ensure your experience with us is positive, and we prioritize assisting customers in the rare instance that a problem arises with an order. In order to help, we ask that you inspect your packages upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be mis-shipped, we will work with you to find an appropriate remedy to the problem.

We will do our best to fulfill requests to exchange products that do not meet your expectations or specifications, although due to the nature of our products this is only possible for standard stock items. Items that are denoted on our website as special order only are not eligible for return. Prior to returning any items, please contact us to discuss your order, obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and receive return shipping instructions.

All requests for an RMA must be made within 60 days from the time the product is received. Please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-866-733-9859 to request an RMA. Any shipping charges incurred in returning products mis-shipped by us will be covered by RMBIO, while all other return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
